• A one-day brainstorming workshop aimed at established and agreeing upon targets and goals known as ‘Closing the Gap’.
• Summary Report, recapping the measurable interventions as agreed to help ‘close the gap’.
• A one-hour follow-up session, held bi-weekly for a three-month period to ensure successful implementation of agreed action plans.
